Seminars & Apprenticeship
We provide you with a hard copy manual, 30 hours of recorded seminars, & 20 weeks of apprenticeship structure.
You can watch these seminars on your own or alongside your studio partner (owner, teacher, friend) and go through the same process that we would live.

Benefits
The self-study program offers a significant cost savings and does not adhere to a rigid semester structure.

Apprenticeship is still required
But you can do it where and when you want. Perhaps you have a Reformer at home or maybe you have a great relationship with your local studio and they want you to work there.
To become an exceptional teacher, we recommend the following breakdown:
Observation: 10% of total hours dedicated to listening and absorbing
Self-Practice: 20% Putting Pilates in your body (yes! your classes count!)
Self-Study: 20% Good old fashioned studying of your notes and materials
Practice-Teaching: 50% Teaching real people and developing your skills
