SEMINARS
Seminars are long form working sessions. Usually between 5-6 hours in length, all students gather at their host studios to learn and practice the foundational movements and build their teaching skills. Enjoy a sample of an Advanced seminar.
Workshops
Workshops are provided on a bi-weekly basis and generally last about 1 hour. The topics range from Pilates history, special cases and the business of Pilates. Workshops are pre-recorded so students can absorb the material at their pace. Enjoy a sample of a workshop here.
Anatomy Curriculum
EYT believes in making anatomy accessible and un-intimidating. We have created a curriculum, inclusive of a mini weekly workshop that explores the personality and character of a single muscle and culminates with a deep dive into special populations and common ailments, such as nerve, joint and discs issues that we see as Pilates Teachers.
What We Cover

- Traits and personality of the upper traps
- Pilates movements that utilize the upper traps
