Fundamentals Workshop (Virtual Only)

Led by Rebecca Bell, EYT Master Teacher, this workshop is a Pre-Requisite for students seeking certification through EYT Pilates Teacher Training.  This course reviews basic movement theory using common Pilates vocabulary so that students enter our program with a solid foundation.  This course includes a two hour video workshop and a 15 page downloadable pdf for review and study. 

Reformer & Mat Summer Semester Virtual & In-Person

Led by Jessica Spillane, EYT Founder and Education Director, our summer semester takes place July 7th, 8th & 9th (Classical Mat) and July 14th, 15th & 16th (Classical Reformer) and is offered at a variety of studios throughout the US and Canada.  We encourage those interested to join us for an informational call so we can share the process, requirements and ensure we are what you are looking for. 

Reformer & Mat Fall Semester in Georgetown, KY (In-Person Only)

Led by Jaclyn Ruble, EYT Master Teacher and Co-Owner of Pilates on Main, this semester takes place in-person on April 18th, May 16th, May 30th, May 31st, June 13th and June 14th.

Mentorship & apprenticeship takes place at Pilates on Main.

Classical Mat Only in Basking Ridge, NJ (In-Person Only)

Led by Jessica Spillane, EYT Founder and Education Director, our Classical Mat program will be offered live and in-person at Glow Yoga in Basking Ridge, NJ April 15th, 16th & 17th.  Included in the program is lifetime access to our online program, 3 live and in-person seminars, 10 weeks of homework to help you develop your skills, lifetime access to seminar replays, a final assessment and certification package. 

Classical Mat Only in Closter, NJ (In-Person Only)

Led by Jessica Spillane, EYT Founder and Education Director, our Classical Mat program will be offered live and in-person at Humble Yoga in Closter, NJ May 18th, 20th & 22nd and June 8th, 10th & 12th.  Included in the program is lifetime access to our online program, 6 live and in-person seminars, 10 weeks of homework to help you develop your skills, lifetime access to seminar replays, a final assessment and certification package.

Cadillac, Chair & Barrels in Naperville, IL (In-Person Only)

Taught by Sarah de Guia, EYT Master Teacher and owner of Embody Movement & Pilates in Lisle, IL.  Sarah will be teaching the Cadillac, Chair & Barrel program at Host Studios, Balance Yoga + Pilates in Glen Ellyn & Pilates Playground in Geneva.

Taught by Tricia Whitlock, EYT Master Teacher and owner of Body & Soul & Pilates in Bedford, TX.  Tricia will be teaching the Cadillac, Chair & Barrel program for those seeking their comprehensive certification.

Wunda Chair, Bergen Co, NJ, (In-Person Only)

Led by Jessica Spillane, EYT Founder and Education Director, our Chair seminar will take place on July 13th from 11:00-6pm.  This program is only offered in-person.  During this seminar, students will learn the classical movements on the Chair, their modifications, progressions and links to the Reformer & Cadillac system.  Hard copy manual plus online program included with registration.
