I'm Jessica, the founder and

visionary behind

the Evolve Group.

I'm a 20 year Studio Owner, Curriculum Designer, Entrepreneurial Addict and "abnormally obsessed" Pilates Teacher

It is my mission -- from my core (hee hee) -- to make Pilates Teacher Training accessible and achievable to more people while making it rewarding for the Studio Owners gracious enough to host it. By doing this we will grow our studios and grow our industry without compromising the integrity of the method and the process of becoming a Teacher.

Teaching is the mission. Pilates is the subject

Teaching is where I come alive. I don't know who I would be without it. As a teenager and college student, I was a swim & dive team coach, swim teacher and tutor. Connecting with another person and then helping them improve, grow and succeed is what makes me tick.

And nothing gives me greater joy than helping others find that in themselves. Expanding your toolbox for connection and communication. Leading and supporting you in your journey to creating an impact other's lives and, by extension, yours.

I sought to fill a void in the market.

I needed Teachers. I needed smart, confident, knowledgable Teachers who knew how to problem-solve, respect the integrity of Pilates and connect with people.

It turned out to be harder than I thought because.....

Franchise Teacher Training programs provide a formula or a script that meets their business model not their client's needs.

Big Box Training programs are designed to sell equipment, lack apprenticeships, support and access to practice, observation and feedback.

Small mom & pop trainings lack curriculum and resource materials that provide a complete and well rounded education.

So in 2009 I set out to create a program that would provide my studio with Teachers that met my standards.

We believe that exceptional teaching creates exceptional Teachers.

You can learn the academic part of movement from a book or an online course. But you can't learn how to be a TEACHER from a book.

EYT teaches you to "see" the body in front of you. To communicate with your voice, words and hands. To understand movement on a deeper and richer level. To connect with people in a way that creates a foundation for success, growth and evolution.

This is Teaching. This is EYT.

I wanted to create a program that was accessible, flexible and superior to everything else out there.

So I did.

EYT partners with other exceptional studios around the world to provide accessibility to an apprenticeship.

EYT starts with the foundational work on the Reformer & Mat only and offers payment plans to provide financial flexibility and accessibility.

EYT breaks the curriculum into weekly objectives and milestones making learning progressive and achievable.

EYT delivers the anatomy curriculum in an approachable and user-friendly format for ease of comprehension and enjoyability.

EYT provides a superior education without taking ourselves too seriously. We seek fun, laughter, bonding, growth with a love of learning and love of Pilates.
