Our Mat program is the most flexible in our portfolio AND happens to be the foundation for everything else to come. 

All that's needed is a Mat, a computer and a good attitude and you can begin your journey toward the title of Pilates Teacher.

How it Works

Upon enrollment, you receive log in credentials to the online curriculum and a beautiful hard copy manual is shipped to your door. 

You then receive weekly emails with your to-do list.  This includes practice guidance, replays of live seminars, breakdown of movements and an understanding of anatomy.  You will never ask "what should I be doing now?"

At the conclusion of this 10 week program, you will be eligible to submit your final practical exam and receive feedback and a graduation package.
