Apprenticeship
An additional 150 hours is required to become comprehensively certified and complete the Cadillac, Chair & Barrel modules.
The hour breakdown follows the same model as Reformer & Mat and can be completed with your existing clients.
Observation: 10% of total hours dedicated to listening and absorbing
Self-Practice: 20% Putting Pilates in your body (yes! your classes count!)
Self-Study: 20% Good old fashioned studying of your notes and materials
Practice-Teaching: 50% Teaching real people and developing your skills

Resources
Our CCB apprentices receive hard copy manuals for the Cadillac & Chair, an online library of study tools, a weekly apprenticeship assignment, and a final assessment and a graduation package.
