Mat Certification
EYT offers virtual, but live Classical Mat certification program where students will learn and become adept at teaching the Beginner through Advanced systems. We will explore light anatomy and set the stage for you to add Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Barrels to your training in the future.
All that's needed is a mat, a computer and a great attitude and willingness to learn.
Our Summer Program Schedule:
- July 8th 1:30-6:30 eastern- Beginner Mat
- July 9th 1:30-6:30 eastern - Intermediate Mat, Magic Circle & Props
- July 10th 1:30-6:30- Advanced Mat & Contemporary Sequencing

Cadillac, Chair & Barrels
We strive to create the best and most qualified Teachers in the industry. Part of setting that standard is achievement of a comprehensive certification.
EYT offers Cadillac (Tower/Springboard) & Chair training 1x per year allowing Reformer & Mat trained Teachers to finish their comprehensive credential.
These three modules require an additional 150 apprentice hours and two seminar days.
EYT Students and Graduates receive 15% off tuition.
EYT's 2025 Program Schedule is:
June 6th, 4-7pm: Barrel System
June 7th 11-5pm: Cadillac (Tower/Springboard)
June 8th: 11-3pm: Wunda Chair

Summer Semester Reformer & Mat
The EYT Summer Semester is ideal for those with a more flexible summer schedule. We provide the same seminar content as the Fall & Spring, but condense into 2 weeks as opposed to spreading out over 5 months.
In our 300 hour program - which is completed over 6-8 months, includes 6 hybrid seminars (schedule below), 12 pre-recorded workshops, a comprehensive, yet accessible anatomy curriculum and practice teaching/apprenticeship opportunities through our International Host Studio network.

Our Teacher Training for Teens program offers so much more than movement instruction—it’s a powerful blend of skill-building, confidence development, and real-world preparation.
In partnership with experts in the college application process as well as life coaches specializing in time management and healthy stress management, this program hard skills and job training as well as "soft" skills of communication, nervous system management, time management, public speaking & more.

EYT believes wholeheartedly in the power of the apprenticeship. We have partnered with studios all over the world to give our students the access they need to practice, observe, develop, ask questions and grow into the Teachers they are meant to be.
There are 4 components to the 300-550 hour Comprehensive Apprenticeship.
