Online curriculum exploring and analyzing the techniques, cues and breath of each movement, Beginner through Advanced, it's modification and variations
Weekly homework/syllabus to keep your practice on track
A bound, color hard copy manual
One written and one practical exam (you submit on your time)
Certificate of completion following successful exam
