EYT Spotlight
Alana Heirshkin
Like many women, Alana put her NYC career on hold to raise her three beautiful daughters. She dedicated their early years to serving on the parent's association, being lunch mom and driving to all the dance classes (who can't relate to that?).
As the girls got older, the desire to go back to grew in Alana. But it couldn't just be any career. She needed flexibility, she needed to say close to home and, most important, she wanted to feel valued.
Pursuing EYT Pilates Teacher Training set her up for her next chapter. After completing the Reformer & Mat training, Alana has become a coveted and sought after Teacher at 3 different studios AND teaches privates out of her own home. She glows while teaching and is showing her daughters what it's like to have a career that empowers and lifts others up.
EYT fills a void in the market
Studio Owners are desperate for knowledgable Teachers who know how to connect, problem-solve, and actually TEACH
It turns out to be harder than you would think because.....
Franchise Teacher Training programs provide a formula or a script that meets their business model not their client's needs.
Big Box Training programs are designed to sell equipment. They lack apprenticeships, support and access to practice, observation and feedback.
Small mom & pop trainings lack curriculum and resource materials that provide a complete and well rounded education.
EYT fills the gap left by the prevailing trainings in the marketplace. With consistent support, communication and guidance combined with a curriculum that creates knowledgable and well-rounded Teachers.

"What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals."
