Workshop #2 is about finding precision,  Precision is a Pilates Principle found in the Technical Cues. When we refuse to "accept their first offer", it is because we are striving for precision.  Straighter, longer, deeper, higher....Your cues will help them achieve precise movements

All About the Discs
