Our graduate preparedness is due to the breadth and depth of our curriculum components.
Seminars
Three days or 18 hours of live in-person training with an EYT Master Teacher to learn, dissect and understand the movements, modifications and progressions of the Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced repertoire.
Student Advisory
Like college, EYT has a student advisor with bi-weekly office hours to answer questions. lend support & provide a touchpoint for students. Each session is organized around a specific theme.
Guided Apprenticeship
Never wonder what you should be practicing when - EYT provides a clear, sequenced weekly roadmap so everyone stays on track in each apprentice category: study, self-practice & practice teaching.
Assessment Team
Our Assessment team has spent numerous hour developing a comprehensive rubric for objective evaluation. Our team analyzes each student submission and provides comprehensive and actionable feedback

Let's take a look at the details
Seminar # 1: Beginner Mat, September 24th 11-5pm
We begin with a warm up mat class followed by a complete dissection of the Beginner repertoire. We talk about the Pilates principle of Precision & Technique and how it applies. We learn how to flow one movement into the next and establish a solid foundation for what's to come
Seminar # 2: Intermediate Mat & Magic Circle September 25th, 11-5pm
Building on seminar #1, we learn how to progress the Beginner movements for more Intermediate level movers. We add new movements and planes of motion and explore how the addition of the Magic Circle can deepen the abdominal connection. This seminar also provides a deep analysis of the Breath patterning in Pilates
Seminar #3: Advanced Mat September 26th, 11-5pm
This seminar builds on the Beginner & Intermediate tools and leans into the Advanced choreography. We leverage the principles of Voice, Rhythm & Flow to take our skills to the Advanced level
Apprenticeship: Begins after seminar completion
The apprenticeship is your opportunity to practice and develop your skills. You will receive a weekly email with specific practice guidance so you never feel overwhelmed but always feel like you're moving forward
Assessment: Final exam due roughly 3 months after seminars
You will receive a detailed outline of the final exam requirements. Upon receipt, we send submission to our Assessors who provide detailed feedback. Upon successful completion, you'll receive your certification credentials in the mail
Life After Training
Mat Certifications can be brought anywhere. Teach out of your home; go to client's homes, in the park, at the community center, at your local gym or yoga studio....the opportunities are limitless. C

Total cost is $1250 pay in full or $1400 in two payments.
